Nigerian singer T-Classic has provided further details about how he says he learned that his girlfriend was exchanging intimate images with another man whom she had introduced to him as her uncle.
In a video shared online, the singer explained that the discovery occurred after he asked to use his girlfriend's Gmail account to receive a beat from his producer because his own email storage was full.
According to him, after recording the song, he returned to her Gmail account to send the recording back to his producer when he noticed unusual messages from someone named Charles.
T-Classic said he became suspicious after seeing messages asking about someone's whereabouts and conversations containing hotel addresses. He explained that he found it strange that the pair were communicating through Gmail rather than regular messaging platforms.
He claimed that one of the messages instructed his girlfriend to check her phone's Notes app, prompting him to open it.
According to the singer, he discovered that his girlfriend and the man had been using the Notes app to exchange messages and intimate pictures.
He further alleged that the man was the same person his girlfriend had previously introduced to him as her uncle.
“The same man who she tell me say is her uncle. Her uncle, I see she send nudes. A lot of messages,” he said.
T-Classic explained that he decided to share his experience because he was surprised to discover that people could use Gmail and the Notes app to communicate secretly.
He added that the discovery left him shocked, as he had never imagined that the apps could be used in that manner.
