Sean 'Diddy' Combs Moves to Dismiss Former Escort Clayton Howard's Lawsuit — Celebrity Gossip
Sean "Diddy" Combs has asked a court to dismiss a lawsuit from Clayton Howard, a former male escort, over encounters involving Combs and singer Cassie. Combs disputes Howard's allegation that he was forced to take part. In court documents obtained by TMZ, Combs called Howard's claims "psychotic" and "reckless," arguing that Howard's paid escort work and repeated participation weakened his allegations. The filing called Howard a "pr0st!tute" and said he is "paid for adult time for a living." Combs' lawyers argued Howard arranged travel and joined paid encounters voluntarily, describing claims of coercion as "beyond ludicrous." The filing compared Howard's services to a restaurant with choices "both on and off the menu," saying he could have declined requests or changed what he offered. Combs portrayed Howard as an "enabler and exploiter" rather than a victim and argued he deserved "no tears, pity or sympathy" and "certainly not" damages. The filing also claimed Howard returned "whenever and wherever" for "more adult time and cash" and sued only after payments stopped. Howard, a former escort now studying law, is suing Combs and Cassie. Combs' assertions are part of his defense and are not findings by the court. Separately, TMZ reported that Combs was taken from FCI Fort Dix for medical treatment after an emergency over the weekend and has since returned to the prison.
