Enugu man accused of killing woman and staying with her body for days

A man identified as Abobby has been accused of killing a woman in Enugu State and staying in his house with her body for several days, according to reports. In a video, local residents are seen confronting him after finding the naked body of a woman on the floor of his bathroom. In another video, while being questioned, he begged and said the woman had threatened to give him HIV. A further video shows him claiming that the woman struck him multiple times with a stick while he slept; he said he woke up and saw that she intended to kill him. When he was asked why he killed her, he asserted that HIV, not he, had caused her death. This response angered the men questioning him, who told him that HIV does not kill a person suddenly. The circumstances of the woman's death have not been explained.
